Send him your dream for analysis.
At Minopolis, the town for children, four to twelve year-olds can play act more than 90 professions in around 25 themed areas. While the little ones slip into the roles of policemen, doctors, crane drivers or firemen, their guardians have time to themselves for activities such as a walk on Danube Island or a tour of UNO-City, just a few minutes away.
While parents enjoy selected afternoon performances in the Theater in der Josefstadt and in the Kammerspielen, children between four and ten years of age can visit the costume workshops and costume wardrobe for free, and play, build and paint with artists of the ZOOM Children's Museum.
At children's workshops in the Volksoper, music-inspired kids from eight to fourteen years old experience musical theater close up and personal through play, song and dance. For a whole afternoon, artists teach them all there is to know about opera, ballet and the diverse world of the orchestra and its instruments.
Many museums offer wide-ranging programs aimed especially at a younger audience - parents can use the time to view exhibitions at their leisure:
Parents can do a spot of relaxed shopping in the Millennium Tower on the banks of the Danube, while the children play in the Monki Park, an indoor family-oriented park with high-rope climbing garden, jungle trampoline and toddler area: supervision for children aged 2 ½ years and over is provided twice a week.
