There are many opportunities for culinary programs on two different levels for groups of 6 to 50 persons. The Wiener Schnitzel Workshop, Making Professional Sacher Würfel (mini versions of the Sachertorte), Making Faschingskrapfen (Austrian-style donuts), or the Knödel Academy (making dumplings). Classes can be custom-tailored. There are separate children’s workshops or child care. For culinary travel groups, there are also complete programs set up jointly with vintners, Viennese producers of culinary specialties, and restaurants.
The program is custom-tailored according to group size, budget, and time constraints.
