Latin American meet at Andino

The Andino offers Latin American flair – with concerts, fine food and cocktails. In summer, a quiet gardenwelcomes visitors, on the first floor of the restaurant concerts, dance events and theater works take place.

Off the beaten track, yet in the heart of Vienna's sixth district and close to the Mariahilfer Straße shopping mile, is Restaurant Andino. The garden was rebuilt and redesigned in the grand style in 2010. Nine hundred kilos of new garden soil were delivered to ensure that the right ambience for Latin American culture and events is also available outdoors in summer for the various happenings.

The Andino is one of the most important locations in Vienna for salsa, tango, bolero, cumbia, merengue, tumba, mambo, bachata and cha-cha-cha. Besides Latin American dances, the Andino also hosts parties, theater, performances and exhibitions. And if there's nothing on the agenda for the day, you can still always dine in splendor at the Andino.
