Mykita glasses shop

Mykita has long been a secret tip amongst people who wear glasses. The German label makes extremely elegant sunglasses and spectacles by hand. Then came the second part of the "Sex and the City" movie series. Sarah Jessica Parker, alias Carrie Bradshaw, wears golden reflective sunglasses called "Franz". What Carrie wears, becomes a trend. Also in the case of the golden sunglasses with the aviator shape from Mykita. The model was designed by the German designer Bernhard Willhelm, who currently runs the fashion class at the University of Applied Art as guest professor.

The Austrian ski legend Franz Klammer served as the inspiration and name giver for the Franz aviator glasses. Alois and Sepp are the names of the two brothers from the same glasses collection that Bernhard Willhelm designed for Mykita. Apart from this limited collection, the Mykita Shop in Vienna naturally also offers the full range of glasses manufactured by the German company. What's more, the shop is just as chic as the glasses themselves.
