A mix of imperial fashion in the style of Empress Elisabeth and modern traditional costume is offered by a shop in Vienna city center: Sisi Vienna presents timeless, elegant clothes with Viennese flair. The fashion of Sisi Vienna combines old traditions, without appearing old-fashioned or kitsch. Owner Sissy Schranz sells high-quality fashion by Austrian fashion designers and brands in her exclusive boutique.
Designers like Ulrike Seebacher, known for their avant-garde and modern traditional costume fashion, are as much as part of the range as items by traditional clothing houses, Mothwurf, Wallmann and Geiger. The hats come from Bad Ischl milliner, Franz Bittner, the jewelry from Sonnleitner. The charming ambience of the shop was developed by well-known architect, Gregor Eichinger.
Gabriela Urabl designs sophisticated Dirndl clothing for her Dirndlherz label. She designs unique items of Dirndl with charm and a sense of humor. The fabric and color combinations are particularly unusual. African fabrics are used, as are fruit and vegetable motifs or hand-printed figures of cats and dogs. Even a matryoshka dirndl and a "new romantic" dirndl inspired by Carmen, with a black and white top, can be bought here. Gabriela Urabl offers her customers extremely personalized consultations in her smart boutique.
The fashionable traditional costume look also extends to underwear. "Tu Felix Austria" presents men's underwear in the lederhosen look - there are even baby rompers for the very youngest men. The range also includes swimwear, sweaters, skirts, belts and bags with alpine motifs. A witty souvenir from Austria!
