Christian Petz cooked his way up to star chef at elegant Palais Coburg, but on the Badeschiff, he prefers things to be more laid back and casual. According to the motto: good food at sensible prices. There is a new evening menu each day, in addition to several daily dishes. A grand sushi master is also at work here.
The menu is deliberately kept small. The dishes can be ordered individually, or as a three to five-course menu. A surprise menu is also served by Petz and his team. The meals themselves do not go overboard on frills. Precisely this concept has also convinced the testers of GaultMillau. Quite surprisingly - and without trying - the Holy Moly has secured two toques.
The fact that Holy Moly is not an overpriced gourmet temple, in spite of having a top chef, is also evident by the prices: The three-course menu is available for EUR 28, five courses cost EUR 43. Only the loud music is a matter of taste ...
